It’s always interesting to note how some of my clients are more sensitive than others, especially in the Glutes ????

The Gluteal muscles are made up of 3 muscles: the gluteus maximus, medius and minimus, the largest muscle group in the body. When they are sore and sensitive, it’s often due to a tight gluteal muscle pressing on the sciatic nerve. The tightness in the Glute muscle is due to either a challenging workout or the opposite – sitting for far too long.

The Glutes can be stretched or better yet, massaged, together with acupuncture or acupressure to release any spasm that may be causing pain and discomfort ????
